Overall the crew did a great job. There was some miscommunication about the services (I was looking for someone just to unload) so they brought a box truck with them which was unnecessary. The crew also attempted to arrive early which by others people's standards is always appreciated; however, I was still in transit and it was difficult trying to communicate that the intended 2 p.m. start time was ideal (not 12 noon like they arrived). Overall, great workers-- very fast and efficient.

Our helpers were very respectful and hardworking. Our furniture was moved in a timely manner. We would definitely use their services again. Our timeline was between 12 to 1; however,their arrival time was at 2:15. Our original laborers were delayed on another job so new laborers were dispatched so we were happy the company rectified the delay. Also, easy accessibility to customer service. Thank you for making our move go smoothly.
