Matt and John showed up promptly as expected.
They were courteous, professional and enthusiastic.
We had some large items to be moved from a third floor bedroom into a POD outside.
They moved all of the furniture without issue, damage and more important without complaints. (It was very hot)
They expertly loaded the POD with the furniture and all the remaining items and boxes.
It was such a pleasure dealing with them and will definitely look forward to using them in the future.
We highly recommend them for your next moving experience.

We hired On top for a couple hour move. On top was hired to load our moving truck. It worked out great that we hired two movers and four showed up. They were very quick and polite with getting everything loaded. We didn't have any problems until we started unpacking the truck when we arrived half way across the country. We started noticing that some of our items were missing. We had specific boxes marked that didn't make it to our destination. These were family heirlooms. We've emailed the company and no one has responded. I'm not accusing them of theft, however the boxes are nowhere to be found. Our TV was also packed, but the cord didn't make it into the TV box. A wooden topper to our curio has also disappeared.

They arrived almost 2 hours late- we paid for 7 hours that included loading 2 PODS and boxing up our kitchen, one bedroom, and garage- because they were so late we had everything boxed and ready to go so they didn’t pack anything. My husband helped move stuff downstairs because they were so late. We had purchased furniture pads and shrink wrap like they asked- they wouldn’t use it which makes me extremely nervous of our furniture condition when our pod arrives- we got insurance which I would highly recommend!! They worked for 4 hours and didn’t finish until the job which then cost us more money the next day to finish everything with different movers. And then today we found out they packed up our hurricane shutters which has now caused a disaster for our close of our house.
Overall I would never recommend this moving company! I have tried calling several times to talk to management and am still waiting for a call back which is extremely frustrating. Overall the most frustrating and poorly run company.
