They expressed having 28 years experience packing the pods. The boxes went in fine. The furniture was stuffed scratched not thoroughly packed a lot of empty spaces and then we got hit with a $300 cash or check charge at the end by the Movers for wheeling a lawnmower 3 feet into the pod not really happy with the end of the service

They we on time (actually a little early which was great). They worked hard and were more than respectful of my things and me personally. I was here alone and felt safe and comfortable while they were here. They were very polite and respectful.
They wrapped furniture as I requested and packed the POD nicely. They didn't use any straps to secure the furniture but maybe it's tightly packed and it won't be an issue. (I only suggested straps if needed.)

Above and beyond expectations. They were professional from the start to the end.

Omar and Jackson were my 2 helpers. They arrived early and quickly completed the job. Friendly and fairly professional. My one complaint is I had a sleeper sofa to be moved and they disassembled it before they placed it in the PODS container and did not reassemble it. Also one of the cushions was placed directly on the floor of the POD and was not covered in any way. I was unable to get to the cushion and am hoping it’s not soiled by sitting directly on the POD floor.

I'm torn between this rating and the one higher. Thought they did an excellent piecing together the all the things we needed to move. In fact, they saved us a ton of money bc of how they fit things into the PODS container. My two problems were this:
1. They didn't bring tools
2. They got sloppy wrapping furniture and scratched items by not packing more carefully
