I would not recommend this moving company based on our experience. The crew was polite, but they appeared very inexperienced, and the quality of the move was unacceptable.
Our apartment was already almost completely packed before they arrived. The only room that still needed to be packed was the kitchen, yet what should have been about a four-hour job took nearly ten hours to complete.
My husband repeatedly had to instruct the movers on basic packing techniques, including how to properly use packing paper, boxes, mattress covers, and TV boxes. Even after being shown, they still struggled to use these materials correctly. Many boxes were only half-filled, causing them to collapse under the weight of stacking.
Loading the trailer was equally disappointing. The trailer was packed inefficiently, wasting a significant amount of space, and our belongings were not properly secured. The ratchet straps that were available were never used, allowing boxes and furniture to shift and fall during transport. As a result, multiple pieces of our furniture were damaged.
When we arrived at our new home, the professional movers who unloaded the trailer immediately commented on how poorly it had been packed and how much usable space had been wasted. That independent feedback confirmed what we had already experienced throughout the move.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience that resulted in unnecessary delays, damaged furniture, and a great deal of added stress. I expected a professional moving service, but unfortunately the crew lacked the experience and basic packing skills needed to complete the job properly.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
MoveOKC will be in contact with you to confirm the move upon booking. We will send out an email to confirm all information we have is correct. The day prior to your move we will contact you by phone or text to confirm all is on schedule. Your moving crew will reach out to you, one last time the morning of your move, before arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a call or text from your moving crew, before they arrive. Your moving crew will arrive with dollies, and tools for furniture assembly/disassembly. The crew will work hard to complete the job in a timely manner, we are not slackers, we do not run up the clock. We get in and get the job done as safe and as quick as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If stairs are not part of the move, you can leave items in dresser drawers. The more you have your items packed and condensed, the faster our guys can load.
