Very professional! Confirmed the day before and discussed my timing window (I requested between 1-2 and they asked if it would be ok if it was between 1:30 and 2:30). They asked about materials and tools required and showed up prepared. They worked hard and fast and were great! They listened and were very careful with my fragile pieces which was appreciated. I plan to use them again when I need to be unpacked after my remodel in 6 months. I would absolutely recommend MovingZoom. THANK YOU!

They were prompt and ready to work. They wrapped my furniture and safely protected my china cabinets. My collectibles were handled with care. They finished within my budgeted time and were very pleasant. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

5 stars plus! My moving experience, stressful for me, was made so much less so by MovingZoom. The team packed up my PODS and left room for me to get some last minute boxes in it. They were polite, professional, flexible, as I wasn't organized nearly as much as I'd hoped day of move. Team was on time, prepared and worked very hard. They were very respectful of me and my goods, and did an excellent job of securely packing the PODS. They brought some extra packing tools, used what I had purchased myself, and were able to help more by selling me ratchet straps for better packing security. Very happy with MovingZoom, and I appreciate HireAHelper for making access to specialized services so efficient. I highly recommend MovingZoom and HireAHelper for anyone in the SF Bay Area.

The movers came prepared and ready to work. They were able to greatly assist me in loading my storage POD efficiently and quickly. They then helped us get ready to load the rest of our belongings into a storage unit which was not planed. I would highly recommend John and Jordan to anybody needing help with a move.
