The guys were great. Very polite. Following instructions well, and predicting the needs of the customer but never presuming. They double checked before executing any move not confirmed first. Well prepared with a plan so that hang ups were customer end not worker caused.

They arrived on time and Pat, the job captain, told us our 16' POD may not be big enough to hold all of our belongings. It turns out they were right (we feel PODs customer service should have advised us to get another container, but that's another story). We were leaving on a plane the next day for our cross country move and there wasn't enough time to get another POD delivered to our address to load the rest of our stuff. Pat suggested that he get a rental truck for the rest of our things and drive it to the local PODs storage facility where they had a container available. There were some nail-biting moments along the way, but Pat saved the day. He and his crew were polite and professional, and did their best to load as much as they could onto our POD as safely as possible. They seem to genuinely care about their customers.

The team showed up within the agreed time window despite San Francisco traffic and were able to load a truck with our stuff from two separate apartments by carefully packing things in tight. We ended up using almost the entire truck when I was worried we would run out of space. They worked very hard and we completed just a little early. I would gladly use them again.
