We had a lot of odd shaped furniture. Moving Zoom worked with us to get everything to fit snugly in our Door to Door Storage unit. They were on time, responsive and engaged in doing the job right. They wrapped everything well including the kitchen. We definitely recommend their service and would use them again.

The guys did a great job; were careful with our home and our furniture as well...They asked questions as they came up rather than just make assumptions that might have been wrong...I would for sure use them again! They were on time, prepared, and did work hard from the time they arrived to the time they left....they did not however arrive with booties to protect our carpet but luckily we had some. Your teams should arrive with them and offer to use them....the owners can always say they're not needed but making the offer is a detail of value!...and they should be fresh; nothing worse than offering to use dirty booties!

Andre and David were amazing! I thought we might get half of a very full garage loaded if I was lucky and they got the whole thing done and packed into a storage unit with room to spare! They were polite, professional and non-stop workers and very very nice. They arrived in time, called ahead to let me know they were coming, and checked In to make sure everything was what I wanted. They respected my stuff and asked questions if they were unsure. Hiring these guys was one of the best things I've done and I will be calling them again if I ever need help!

MovingZoom showed up on time, with the right number of workers. The workers were respectful and personable, and all items were packed and unloaded without damage. But they failed to bring the agreed upon number of furniture pads. They brought 0 pads, in fact. One of the three workers went out to rent some pads from a local U-Haul, and they offered a 10% discount on the job, which I appreciated. All is well that ends well, but I cannot give high ratings for that sort of thing. In addition, one of the three persons was packing up remaining kitchen items for us, and they got distracted at some point, and I had to finish the job. Again, just do whatever you are doing until it's done, IMHO.
