I would have given 5 starts if they would have gotten all of my heavy things on. I told the owner I wanted all the heavy stuff moved and the boxes, I could do. They decided to take a break 15 minutes before my time was up. Because of that, my very heavy desk, the main reason I wanted movers, did not get moved out. And my sister had to remind them to at least get the couches out. However, they did get the rest of my heavy stuff out and all boxes. You might just have to keep reminding what you want. They are very nice people.

The two that helped out were pretty good The owner Manny just got in the way...very slow and had to pay for an extra hour for a small unit with 90 percent boxes...so three people three hours, it was a rip off

They ran early and brought the supplies they needed. They noticed a 3rd man was needed and arranged for him to help. They worked hard the entire time. They knew how to prepare my things to travel 700 miles in the moving truck. They were honest so I would hire them again. Stairs or elevators takes longer.
