They were on time very respectful and professional. Did not have a two wheel dolly for the job , with a two wheel dolly the job would have been faster. Very helpful and careful with my property.

BEWARE - Do NOT hire these people!!!!!!
Robert Moses and his helper could not fit everything in the POD on August 14th. They said they would take the items and have them shipped to Florida. After determining the cost to ship the items, which was extremely high, Robert said he would have the items delivered no later than Friday August 23 or Saturday August 24th. No items arrived. Then the new arrival date was Wednesday August 28th. Today is August 31st. He is now ignoring our calls, not returning voicemails and NONE of the items he promised to deliver have arrived.
When you call the alternate phone number it goes to Doris. She pretty much says yes ma’am and no ma’am along with saying “I can’t get a hold of him either.”

Their staff was very nice and accommodating. The owner comes out beforehand and does a site visit to provide an estimate of costs and needs (shipping supplies, container sizes and quantity, # of laborers needed). He told us 2 people for 2 days for packing and loading and that 2 PODs would suffice. In actuality, we ended up with 4 laborers for 2 days, had to get a 3rd POD and had to buy more shipping supplies. Actual price doubled from the estimate.
I would hire again as long as I could estimate the logistics myself and only needed laborers.

we have a lot of fine china and delicate (although not valuable) items. the packing crew was careful with our items. the owner made sure boxes were labeled and fragile boxes were loaded on top of heavier non fragile boxes! owner and crew were friendly and polite.
