Arrived on time and prepared. Surprised that the helpers were a husband, wife, daughter and a young man because we had several really heavy items to move. They worked hard, really pouring on the steam as time allowed was coming to a close. I would recommend them. Good job.

On time and had made contact with me prior to workday. Took initial assessment of things needed to moved, then started putting the pieces into truck taking care if every piece. Very good manners. Definitely will use them for the final move.

The movers showed up reeking of cigarettes, did not bring any Dolly's or other moving equipment and were very unprofessional. Rather than working to complete the job quickly, they kept trying to strike up conversations and kill time. They took a total of 30 minutes of smoke breaks in the two hours I hired them for, and talked on the phone for another 10 minutes. I only got a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes of work out of them They kept getting upset when I had more stuff for them to move. Definitely will not recommend this company, nor will I use them again.

To Mr. Jason B. From RSM COMPANIES, we apologize that you did not have a good experience with our movers. As a result we will strictly enforce our no phone and no smoking policy while our asscociates are on the clock. The two men were new hires and have never had any complaints in the past. It was only their first week at work. Unfortunately, I was out of town on another job and would not have allowed the new hires to work without an experience team leader, as they are still in training. As a result feel free to contact me so we can refund a portion of the money paid to our company. Sincerely, Robert M. Owner of RSM Moving Companies.
