They showed up on time, but the rest of the service was disappointing. I asked if they wanted a list of where furniture went or wanted me to tell them; they wanted me to tell them. Then they looked like I was prying when I stood around waiting to tell them. When I got pulled away from the entrance of the house, they would put furniture in the garage instead of asking. The stairs in my house have a bend, and they had a lot of trouble getting larger furniture up. They yelled at me that I was choosing to scratch walls unless I decided to put one piece of furniture downstairs. They broke a number of knobs off of my Ethan Allen furniture on the way up the stairs. I was very upset, but I was most upset that they hid the pieces under cellophane instead of telling me. They dropped one piece in the truck (we had seen that it was okay when the truck arrived) and broke off it's legs. They yelled at me that they would not carry it upstairs because it was broken. There were never any apologies, and that was the only piece they told me about (it was badly damaged & could not be hidden). They spent a lot of time in the truck before appearing again; this happened too often for it to just be unpacking. The house I moved from was tougher to move the furniture from, and the movers there took less time. We eventually told these movers to move only the furniture, and we finished the boxes ourselves. We ordered a hand truck, but they only used it a few times. They carried boxes one at a time for much of the move. They had such good reviews that I hoped for better service; that is not what I received.

Had a FANTASTIC experience! We weren't sure how much time we'd need so booked two hours - the guys we had were super-quick and efficient and were done in plenty of time! HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to move.

These guys were polite, thorough, and very good at packing a truck! Our move took about 6 hours with two movers. I felt like they could have gone a little faster but this was my first time hiring movers so I have nothing to compare this experience to. I will definitely be calling Nimb Moving when it's time to move again. Overall it was a very pleasant and easy moving experience with their help!
