After confirming 3 separate times including the day before the move they still showed up an hour and a half late. When called 30 minutes into arrival window they were headed to a different job altogether. They had mistaken our pick up time for much later. Again after previously confirming 3 separate times including via text message. Broke several glasses and tried to unload fabric furniture in a downpour. Clearly unbothered by the fact that it would ruin my furniture. Went over time costing me more due to incompetence. They were pleasant and polite which is the only reason I gave 3 stars, but definitely would not recommend their company. They need some experienced management to run their dispatch clearly.

Customers can expect a stellar service from start to finish! From the initial contact til the moment payment has been made. We show up on time, fully equipped and ready to rock!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a courtesy call before the move starts, the crew arrives, takes a look at the home and does a pre check. That means checking around the house to look at the condition of the items so that we are on the same page. Then we bring in the tools and start getting the items ready for transport. In the truck the items get packed safely and securely to ensure a successful move. They can expect smiling and friendly movers because customer service and satisfaction is our top priority!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Everything should be ready for the upcoming move. Dressers should be empty, unless otherwise stated Items should be in a box ready to go TVs and appliances should be unhooked from walls and connectors Have your items being moved and items being discarded to be organized beforehand. Disclose all items of extreme importance and value beforehand
