I did not appreciate the smell of pot on both movers. I felt like one mover really didn't want to do the job. This is not acceptable service. Very unprofessional.

The two guys did not tie anything down in the container. They did not disassemble the beds. My King size platform bed was left upstairs because it would not fit per the movers. All they had to do was remove the screws to disassemble the bed. I had to do it myself. I asked them if there was space for my patio table, 2 stackable patio chairs and patio umbrella. They did not even attempt to put those items in the container. We had to place those items in the container ourselves. I was very disappointed in this company.

The crew arrived on time, and they did a good job of unloading our POD, they were courteous & respectful of our items. My only suggestion would be that they could have come prepared with paper/cardboard to protect the floors in the new house and also some basic tools that could be needed for assembly of various items. Overall, we were very happy with our crew and the Hire A Helper program was AWESOME...I would highly recommend it.
