I asked for a Saturday unload of a U-Haul rental trailer and apparently they overbooked and I got moved to Sunday. This meant I had to extend the rental of U-Haul truck another day costing me an extra $45. They didn't even give me a discount for delaying me a day. The guys showed up in a mini van that I thought was going to need repairs so they could leave. I certainly won't use them again. I usually tip VERY WELL for good service and I gave them absolutely nothing.

We had three young gentleman come and empty our pod. They were very careful and very good movers! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anybody. They emptied our pod quickly and were very respectable.
