We were extremely pleased with the crew who loaded our PODS container. They were absolutely amazing! Polite, friendly, and extremely efficient. They reviewed our load with us prior to starting work (we had some pieces being moved, some staying), always asked if they needed confirmation, and carefully loaded all of the load securely. They were amazing to watch. It was hard work on a sweltering Florida summer day and they handled it all professionally and exceptionally well. We would certainly recommend them.

We had some difficulty with Philly's Finest Movers & Storage, Porch Moving Group, HireaHelper, & Moving Staffers.
1) They were 4 hours late. - We received a text message after the scheduled arrival time (9-10am) saying they were going to be a little late. They didn't arrive until 1:30pm. We had a supervisor hired to oversee the pack-up; so there was an additional cost to have our supervisor sit around at the site.
2) Moving Staffers and Philly's Finest had different stories for why they were late. - Philly's Finest said they had a couple extra things to do on the job before us and would have an eta soon. Moving Staffers said "oh, I thought they had told you about the car trouble and the traffic?"
3) Moving Staffers would call and put us on hold. - It was frustrating to be called by a Moving Staffers/HireaHelper employee so that they could then put me on hold while they call the moving company. You can communicate with them first and then communicate with the customer. Why call the customer to make them sit on hold while you gather information? You can physically feel the "late" while sitting on hold.
4) Moving Staffers HireaHelper Porch Moving Group charges the cancellation fee. - Here is where you lose the customer completely. Due to the dissatisfaction of the moving experience, we request to cancel the move back, and the representative says sorry we need to charge the 10% cancellation fee.
Look elsewhere. You can do better.
