Respectful and courteous. They didn't have tools and weren't familiar with the Sleep number bed. I guess no one shared the inventory to give a heads up. Good thing my husband was here with his tools or they wouldn't have been able to dismantle the bed. They were done in 1 hour. There is a 2 hour minimum charge.
