Late. Almost 2 hours late, after I was very clear about when and where to show up. Unacceptable. I wish my wife hadn't been so quick in paying them. I wouldn't have paid them. I don't care if the work got done -- lateness is intolerable.

Mover's response:
We were told we would receive a call from your daughter to give us a time. When she finally called on move day , it was 12: 30 PM. She was 5 miles away. My movers were 80 miles away. We did our best. I apologize for any inconvenience but lack of communication was our problem. If I had her phone number , I would have set up a time earlier.
