The crew was friendly, but they took a small lunch break on my paid time. They nearly dropped our $400 sub speaker off the back of the truck and knocked a chunk out of our stair wall. Overall, an ok job, but not great.

The helpers I had were great and I found them to be very professional. Thy got stuck in traffic and they has the courtesy to call me and let me know they were running late. I would definitely recommend them to my friends they also confirmed the appointment which was a big help with all the stuff that goes on with moving.

Late. Almost 2 hours late, after I was very clear about when and where to show up. Unacceptable. I wish my wife hadn't been so quick in paying them. I wouldn't have paid them. I don't care if the work got done -- lateness is intolerable.
