Brice and Marlon were awesome! My move was supposed to take place yesterday, but my POD was delivered several hours later than expected. Brice was still trying to accommodate me, but unfortunately, it was going to impact another customer so I needed to be rescheduled. Luckily, he was flexible and offered to come today, which was a Sunday and they were able to complete my unloading. They both worked as a team, were friendly and arrived at the scheduled time first thing this morning to complete the job. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this company! Would absolutely use them again in the future.

They started 30 minutes late and there was a “learning curve” re: shrink wrapping mattresses which is understandable but I shouldn’t have had to pay for the extra time. Then after charging me for the extra hour they hung out in my driveway for another 20 minutes? Why? 20$ tip each for 2 1/2 hours was not enough?
One of the two workers was amiable regarding the late start but the other seemed more interested in the money. Overall I would take the chance but make sure you set your timer!!
