Professional, courteous, and amazing at utilizing every square inch of our shipping pod!! They did a thorough walk through before starting and made an accurate assessment of how much could fit. Pleasant to work with and very careful with our things. They also worked great together, communication was really good between them and between us! I would use them again for sure!

Top notch moving service! Both were extremely friendly and cooperative, operating autonomously or with instructions. It was a tough job moving everything up to the third floor condo, but they did it like champs and finished under the time I expected. They brought the equipment that was needed, were respectful of my things. Certainly recommend to anyone, and will use them again in the future.

Hired to perform LOADING of a trailer for a cross-country move (Colorado to Ohio). The 3-man crew (Robert, Terry and Mark Anthony) were very friendly and on time. However, the way in which they actually loaded the trailer caused several items (primarily brand new, never used furniture pieces) to be damaged during loading or transit (no way of knowing when the damage actually occurred). They were provided with more than enough moving blankets, wrap and ratchet straps to prevent any damage, but they were apparently not used properly, and proper loading configurations were not applied. It was also discovered during the unloading process, that many boxes VERY CLEARLY marked fragile on ALL sides were loaded towards the bottom, with heavier boxes (marked "heavy") loaded on top of the fragile-marked boxes. Some of these fragile-marked boxes were crushed causing damage to the contents (even though they were very well packed with bubble wrap, peanuts and packing paper). The unloading team was actually quite shocked at how poorly the contents were loaded (particularly based on how well the boxes were marked). As an additional note, DO NOT purchase the additional SmartProtection coverage, unless you are able to watch every single box or piece of furniture being loaded (and examine each item as it is loaded, and you are familiar with HOW a trailer should be loaded for a move such as this). This coverage ONLY applies to damages caused by loading WHILE ON SITE and can only be claimed while the loaders are there. Although I purchased this coverage, apparently I cannot claim anything based on damages found at the time of unloading (even though it is clear that the damages were caused by "how poorly" the contents were loaded). Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the job that was done, and I'm pretty angry about the items that were unnecessarily damaged due to poor loading - especially brand new furniture.

The movers from LeDoux were some of the nicest, hardest working people I’ve ever met. It was my first time doing a cross-country move by myself so I was nervous, but they made everything very easy. They unloaded two shipping containers up two flights of stairs on a very hot day in about an hour. I really appreciated their service and couldn’t recommend them enough.
