The service was subpar. Both movers were late arriving and left trash in the moving truck which I had to clean out. Also, I felt pressured to tip them, and they asked to be tipped via Venmo instead of through the Hire A Helper app.

I had a 2 soft spoken guys that kept to themselves and got my 1 bedroom in to a pod in about 90 minutes. I felt safe with them in my house and my things in their possession. It was very well packed - you could tell they had done it many times before. My only mild complaint is that there wasn't really communication between when I ordered the service up until about 2 days before. I had to call to confirm with a human that they had me scheduled.
