They arrived later than expected, but called to let me know their status. Antonio and Michael worked hard. They were respectful of my property.
I’m not sure how prepared they were for the job. They used my dolly so not sure if they had one of their own.
If they don’t have one, they might want to think about getting one. Makes the job easier.

Antonio was amazing…the other man and woman team were very offensive and did not want to comply with my guidance about protecting the property and my furniture. The woman argued with me because I questioned her about putting a dent in the drywall… she say in vehicle after that and no longer worked the job. The team left 45 minutes before their time was up.

I specifically told the movers to put my king bed on first, that there was a washer and dryer as well and items were already wrapped and marked fragile by me! They put the mattress and head board on but didn’t put the rest of the bed piece on until I walked through and realized half the room was still in the bedroom and not moved outside. Then as they are attempting to move the stacked washer and dryer, I heard a loud boom and I goes towards the steps and see them picking my washer back up because they dropped it on the front glass door! I cleans up the puddle of water they caused and they proceed to drag my washer and dryer down the steps vs picking it up and lifting it. I noticed the washer door getting scrapped on the side of the steps because again, he’s dragging it down the steps half open! Then I get to the truck and see that they way things are loaded it’s not making enough room for everything. As he’s trying to fit things in, he’s tossing boxes on its side and squeezing them anyway. Glass fragile boxes were turned to the side and stacked with heavy items on top. He’s literally not caring about the quality of my items at all. He then puts my rising desk in upside down which is now getting scratched on the surface and proceeds to put heavy items on the riser bar which pushes it down and will break it. I told him he can not put things on that bar. He did it anyway and ignored what I said. These two men came to a job smelling like weed and clearly was high as hell moving my personal items. I had to pull everything back out myself because their time was up and reorganized things and noticed the damages and broken glasses.

Twice a month our crew members receive training on how to properly wrap, carry and load furniture and other accessories that are related with moving a customer in or out of their residence or establishment. We also give training on proper conduct when dealing or communicating with a customer.
