I’ve used Supreme Elite Movers twice now, and both times have been excellent! The team was pleasant, efficient, and did a fantastic job. They packed my POD carefully and securely, making the most of the space while ensuring everything was protected. The movers were professional, friendly, and worked quickly without cutting corners. The Kelvin & Shan were wonderful!! When it come to packing, I have never seen anything like it. I thought I was going to have to change my next POD from a 8 ft to a 16ft, but because they packed so well, I can keep the 8ft. They were professional, courteous and wonderful. I highly recommend them and plan to have them load my next POD.

For the most part, the service was fine. They came and did what they were hired for, however there was a couple of red flags. We hired 2 workers for 2 hours and one showed up and got to work but the other didn’t come until almost a hour later which meant that the “current” worker had to stop working until his partner arrived. I was curious about that because we technically hired both of them for 2 hours a piece. The manager ended up working it out where we got them for the full two hours.
Only other issues is that the worker that arrived within time frame but still an hour after his partner ended up going to the gas station while the rest of us were at the new place unloading which was eating into our time.
So overall, they are affordable but depending on the team of workers you have will make or break your expectations of the work performed.

Very satisfied with the job done by Cameron George and Garangz! They had super human strength carrying all my furniture without any problem. I appreciate the care they took in placing the boxes and my belongings in the U-Haul trailer making sure everything would be safe and secure during my roadtrip. I’d hire them again in the future.

When booking with Supreme Elite a customer can expect us to follow up about the basic details of the move, for instance, time, date, location etc.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Twice a month our crew members receive training on how to properly wrap, carry and load furniture and other accessories that are related with moving a customer in or out of their residence or establishment. We also give training on proper conduct when dealing or communicating with a customer.
