I have allowed several of these things to just be done and get the container loaded, but I have decided to post this review because this company should not be in the business in providing helpers if they are not willing to train these people. There is an art to packing a container, and strength alone is not it.

Benjamin and Stephan treated my belongings very respectfully. they worked so well together and did a better job than i think i would've. they never stopped working until the job was done. they made such efficient use of the space in the truck and the storage unit (which can be critical) and they also loaded the truck in way as to keep things from shifting. they were also very aware of my situation and asked good questions so as to be sure to load the proper items. not everything was being moved that day, i will use them again without hesitation when i have to move my belongings out the storage unit and back into a truck for the final move. throughout it all, they were very respectful, polite and accomodating.

Also, the process of damages was fairly easy and the manager was extremely helpful and have planned to come repair the items.
