Josh & RJ were On time polite professional and did a great job in handling my things with care also helping wrap a few items and perfectly loading my 26' truck.
I prepaid for 3 hrs, when my time was almost up Josh made me aware that they would be leaving to do another scheduled job, they did finish loading all my belongings from my apartment on the truck. And then they left to go do their other preplanned job. My only Zonk is that I wasn't made aware at the onset of the appointment. I was under the assumption once the 3 hours were up we would discuss the hourly rate moving forward so it literally left me with a loaded truck and no one to unload it. I had to quickly scramble to go find 3 guys to unload the truck. Definitely my first experience being left with a loaded truck it was very scary.
