I recently used this service to help load a pod and I wanted to wait until my pod reached its final destination before reviewing them. I had problems with them from the beginning. After I reserved them I got a call saying that they couldn't do my time frame after all (morning) because they got another job at the same time. I should've contacted hire a helper to see if I could cancel the reservation but I didn't. The day of the move they showed up two hours after they said they would. I was not happy with the way they were loading the pod so I tried to help. I think this just upset them more. Many of my boxes were damaged as they threw everything in the pod without regards to sizing and placement. In addition, they went over the time I had requested because they insisted on getting a couch in that I didn't really want, but they felt there was room for it. Upon arrival at my destination, I noticed that said couch had shifted and caused the pod door to jamb and could not open. Needless to day my husband was more than peeved when he had to go in and attemt to unjam the door. I would not recommend this service.

They were timely and reasonably we'll prepared, and main person was fine, but assistant appeared unmotivated.

They were the highlight of a very stressful move! We had to cancel our initial appointment and they were able to reschedule and provided excellent service. They were on time, and treated our belongings with care. We will use them again when we move from the apartment into our new home. EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS!

Art and his partner were wonderful! They arrived in timely fashion and got right to work unloading a PackRat pod for me. They didn't drop anything and nothing was broken. They finished the job in 1.5 hours-a job that would have taken me DAYS to complete!! They also helped install my washer and dryer saving me another service fee. I highle recommend this team!!!
