Carlos and Kai were amazing. The job was way bigger than what I had originally thought. What I thought would take less than 2 hours took 6. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When booking with Busy Bee Moving And Storage, you can contact us 24/7 with any questions/concerns. We will contact you the day before your move to reassure you that we will be fulfilling your move the following day. We do not have any hidden fees .
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, we will contact you 30 minutes prior to arrival time and when we get there.... we don’t want you to lift a finger! The clock starts when we start our walkthrough and not when we leave our office. Once we introduce ourselves, we will do a walkthrough to see what items are being moved/transported.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our clients should keep their medication, pet food handy, refrigerators are always loaded last as they will be the first thing out to preserve the food.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved clients all over the United States as we are one of the most affordable companies when it comes to long distance moves. We also specialize in office moves. ( we will be as quiet as possible.) There is no job too Big or Small for us!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love interacting with our clients and building relations. Once I see the client sit back and read a book, or just relax in the patio.... I know I’ve done my job in taking the sting out of their move! I love moving, I love the big heavy pieces and quickly knowing in what angles we will get them through a room/hallway/door! I love how we care and really take pride in no damages!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We stay fit by exercising together as a family, we’re constantly innovating ways to be the best at what we do. Every month we have training/practice sessions in padding, crating, packing, unpacking, loading and quick reflexes..... we love it.... we’re all winners!
