These guys showed up, busted their butts, got a whole house load of stuff on the truck in a few short hours, and couldn't do enough to get things loaded perfectly.

I scheduled and prepaid for the team of 2 movers for two hours. I needed to unload a truck for 2 bedroom apartment. Instead of two movers and got a mover and his lady which didn’t work, but rather was watching her partner doing everything. After 45 minutes since they arrived, she informed me that her partner would stop working at 2 hours I paid for, unless I tip them, otherwise I would have to pay $100 for each following hour. I asked her to help her partner if she is a second-mover and wants to get paid because two movers would complete the job within 2 hours easily. She said the second mover didn’t show up and she is just a helper. Eventually, my husband and I were helping the mover unload our furniture because despite the mover’s hard work he wouldn’t able to bring a sofa and other bulky items without damaging them. I will NEVER use their service again and do NOT recommend them.

It began well. Timely arrival. Hard workers who never stopped moving. They packed the front half of the truck with boxes and that part was done well. I then got busy and wasn’t paying much attention and the loading of the larger items was different. The move was an easy drive less than 200 miles. My media cabinet was destroyed. Somehow it ended up completely disassembled, then had other things put on top, crushing it. My 65” TV, less than a year old, was destroyed. I told them not to touch my king sized bed pillows as I planned to take them in my vehicle. They used them as padding and they are now filthy. They packed my mug collection without my knowledge and after I told them I would do it (I was going to haul it in my vehicle) and I found them scattered in various drawers and one box full. Lots of dings, scuffs and scratches despite all the blankets.
It began well, but I’m finding more damage by the minute.
