What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us, the office team adds the move to our schedule and the move, truck & crew is reserved for that day. We will send an email confirmation providing reassurance that the move is on our schedule and a crew assigned and contact the customer at least 24 hours in advance to remind the customer what time the crew will be there to start the move. We are also available for any questions concerning the move to help best prepare for moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The lead driver will contact the customer when he is on the way to provide an exact ETA. Upon arrival, the lead will park the truck and walk to the location to introduce himself and then we'll ask to have a look around in order to visualize what's needed to be moved and where. This will allow the lead to plan out the move in order to move everything out promptly and efficiently.
