FOR CONTEXT: I am a single woman who has moved to Austin, Texas all the way from San Jose, California. Although I am a planner & very efficient person, my move brought so many unexpected obstacles that by the time I arrived in Texas - I was OVER IT ALL!
THE JOB: Personal Chefs Plus was hired to help me move all of my belongings out of my SMART BOXES (similar to PODS) & into my third floor apartment. Jeremy & Jason were my two helpers from Personal Chefs Plus & let me tell y’all now: THEY DID THE **** THING!
REVIEW: Jeremy & Jason did everything right. They gave me a 15 min heads up that they were arriving EARLY, helped me get a tool to break the locks on my SMART BOXES (as I so poorly misplaced my keys; remember I said I was OVER IT y'all), reassured me that they were going to get the job done when my anxiety started to rise, & even went above and beyond to ensure that my belongings were being respected by the drivers from the other company who were being careless at one point throughout that morning. Jeremy & Jason were honestly the most respectful, professional & courteous moving company I have EVER conducted business with.
It was such a pleasure to have Personal Chefs Plus assisting me that I even inquired about other services they provide so I can book some more of their time! I honestly do not even feel this review is enough because I cannot truly explain how much Jeremy & Jason helped me. All I can say is: BOOK THEM FOR YOURSELF & FIND OUT!

Amazing service! Jeremy was so kind and got the job done in under two hours and handled all of my belongings with care. I would highly recommend him and this moving service if you’re in the Austin area and especially if you’re new to town. They even brought two dollies, without me even asking them to. Best move yet!!

On very short notice, we hired these guys and they were amazing! We had just driven 1500 miles and were in no mood to unload 2 full vehicles of stuff up a flight of stairs. They did it no time. Lifesavers!

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
