We highly recommend the men who helped us load our belongings. The men were organized and prepared to work quickly and efficiently. As it turned out, we did not correctly estimate the size of the truck we would need. The guys loaded the truck to the brim and apologized because they could not stay and help us with the remaining items, as they had another job scheduled. They were polite, respectful, very hard workers, and we would absolutely be happy to use their services again.

These guys were great. The company and the movers on the day communicated well, and did a great job packing my truck efficiently! They showed up with extra tools and equipment which ended up being very helpful. I would hire this company again.

Daniel, CJ, and Trevin were great! They showed up early and only took about 40 minutes to do the whole move. They were incredibly efficient. They were exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly. They knew what they were doing and were very pleasant to work with. They really maximized the space in our truck and had the whole process down to a science. They treated my belongings with care and were very attentive when I explained what was being moved vs what was staying. I'm moving out of my parents house so some stuff was staying while other stuff was being loaded, and there were no issues with moving the wrong things. It looks like they tied down everything securely. They really made moving fast and easy. My parents, who have moved lots of times, were so impressed they plan to hire Smart Move for their next move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
