The crew was on time and ready to work. They were efficient and did a great job. They handled everything with great care and finished on time. They were polite and personable. They showed respect for us and the property and our belongings. I’d hire them again any time and recommend them most highly.

The employee's arrived on time and were cordial and friendly. They asked to walk around the house with us to understand what was going to be packed and what shouldn't be moved by them. 4 movers helped for 4 hours. All of the Pack Rat containers were filled and appeared to be organized well. Each mover seemed to have a specific job - moving boxes, wrapping furniture, organizing the pod, etc.
We rated them as good and not wonderful for two reasons. There was damage done to our wood flooring when a heavy piece of furniture was moved. We forewarned everyone about the weight of the cabinet. Unfortunately, they must have dragged the cabinet a short distance as they lifted it and 3 pieces of the wood flooring were gouged. Not one of the workers told us about the damage.
I have contacted Hire A Helper to submit a claim for the damage.
Second, tools that were specifically requested to remain on a table were picked up and moved. We needed the tools to complete work prior to moving into our new residence.
I would recommend your company to others due to the diligent, hard work all of the employee's demonstrated at our home. We are working to take care of the gouge in the floor.

On top of that they assembled my bed frame. All in all, very happy with my team and would highly recommend.
