They treated our things with care and we were pleased with their work. They even worked extra hard to get a couple of pieces of furniture into a room that was difficult to maneuver. They did damage my furniture but they went miles to rectify and resolve the situation... they found a repair service that was unbelievable,... the guy did a tremendous color match on a tough color... I commend HAH in resolving the issue and renewing my dresser quickly... Service from David was unbelievable... will use them again!

Gerardo, Stacy and Aaron of Smart Move were excellent in all areas! They unloaded my 16’ POD, carried furniture and boxes up 3 flights of stairs, reassembled furniture, cleared the boxes and paper it was wrapped in and were accommodating and respectful. They arrived on time and finished on time!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
