We've been using these guys since 2020 - they've moved me and my husband before we were married and also when we moved to a new city, and now an in town move. They've moved my mom twice, and at this point, they're the only ones I'll trust with her. This time around, it was DJ and his crew, and they absolutely hit it out of the park! they were on time, efficient, respectful, and got more done than I ever imagined. Again, if I could rate them 10 stars, I absolutely would, and my husband and I recommend them to everyone we know. My in-laws are very impressed and started recommending them as well!

Both movers were friendly and efficient! My only small complaint was that they were a little rough with our stuff. However, I would still recommend Smart Move to anyone moving in to the Charlotte area.

The team from Smart Move, LLC who helped us unload our Pods were amazing! They showed up on time (actually a little early!), worked quickly, but cautiously and respectfully, handling all our boxes and furniture with care. They even moved an upright, antique piano without any incident, just like the pros they are. They were friendly and polite throughout the job. We would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

They were not only respectful to us, but they also acted respectfully toward the things that they were carrying. Unloaded my whole pod In just under a hour! They even had to take everything up to the 3rd floor and go it done in half the time I expected

The two young men who came to help me move my belongings from two Relocation Cubes into my new home were respectful, responsible, hardworking and quick. It was hot outside. They didn't complain. What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
