I had a cross country move of antique furniture. The supervisor didn't show up so the movers who arrived were inexperienced at packing my POD. They disregarded my request to pack the POD as I had laid it out. No blankets were used to cover the furniture, causing damage. Boxes weren't packed securely, causing boxes to fall over in the POD, knocking down other furniture causing additional damage. Movers just taped shut drawers on antique furniture, not blanketing or wrapping, just putting tape directly onto the wood. It took a total of over 16 hours to pack a 16 foot POD as their supervisor had to come out, remove furniture and repack it again more successfully. When the supervisor packed, damage did not occur. Because of their incompetence, I was forced to hire an extra packing container costing an additional $2,000. While they were on time, they were not respectful of my property. Will not use them again.

My recent move from Virginia to California could not have been finished had it not been for the hard work of this team. I drove a rental truck across the country and wasn't sure of my exact arrival date. They stayed in contact with me until arrival was confirmed, then came to my new house to unload the rental truck. This team was on time, prepared for the job, very respectful of my property and goods, and were a pleasure to be around. Both were professional and made this unload easier than anticipated.
