Joe and Mike were exceptional. They arrived early, were professional, efficient, extremely patient and willing to do what was necessary to get the job done. In our case that meant fitting a large sofa into a tiny elevator and a slightly less than standard door frame. Those two men were troopers! I also appreciate the positive attitude they both maintained throughout the move.

I have no problem with the gentlemen who did the moving. They worked hard and were exceptionally well-mannered and polite. My problem was with the additional charge that did not show up on the website. It arrived in very tiny print in an email that I didn't have time to read. My bad, but it still makes me angry.
