Joey and Rich were awesome. Arrived exactly on time, worked very fast, and were very nice. It was 91 degrees and they moved me up 30 very steep stairs. Furniture and a lot of heavy boxes. These gentlemen were the best.

Movers showed up on time and were very courteous throughout the move.
HOWEVER...
The two young men were very inexperienced in moving households. It was evident these two young men were never trained or received direction in how to move.
They did not use moving pads, blankets, or cardboard to protect wooden furniture.
They were consistently not careful in their handling of other furniture, clothes, suitcases, etc.
The move took 4 hours. Previous moves with Samuel Services took two ( including a move from Arlington to Silver Spring), and movers then were very careful with everything.
I will not be using On The Go movers again and cannot recommend them for anyone moving a household.
I will be using Hire a Helper again, as the three previous moves all went well with Samuel Services.

We used OnGo to load a moving truck for a cross-country move. They arrived on time, were professional, and brought the requested equipment. They completed our loading with half-an-hour of the time we paid for remaining. Upon unloading our trailer at the destination, we found that they had stacked a number of boxes horizontally rather than vertically (negating much of their structural integrity), had placed a number of boxes with FRAGILE written on them beneath heavier boxes, and rather than keeping plastic storage Tupperware on boxes or furniture where they would not have been crushed, they stacked heavy items on these and nearly all of ours shattered.
