They were 1-hour late which threw our whole day off-schedule, becasue it was an hour drive to and from the pickup and destination and we have to reserve the freight elevator at our apartment building (destination). I was also trying to return the rental truck on the same day so I wouldn't be charged an extra day. The young guys showed up at the destination at 9am instead of the pickup, and we had to wait an hour for them to get to the pickup location. They had good attitudes and did a good job once they got working, but our plans were busted right from the beginning.
