I only subscribed for assistance to load the truck for which the guys did a great job. Had issues with GPS which is not uncommon for my address. Called to let me know what was happening which was great.
Need to be a bit more careful when moving large items to prevent damaging walls and door jams. Only a few nicks and scratches.

Wonderfully quick, smooth unloading job! The movers (Jeremy and Richard, I believe) were super polite and efficient, gave a courtesy call to let me know what time they'd arrive during the arrival window, and even though I had a narrow stairwell with a tricky curve, they made everything work. And even when I thanked them profusely (like seriously, annoyingly, every trip upstairs), they just patiently smiled and said "you're welcome" every single time. Would definitely recommend!

These guys made my move so much easier. After having our truck cancelled by uHaul we were geared up for a rough move as we scrambled to get a truck. Luckily, when the guys from On Go arrived, they made our move A LOT easier. These guys don't miss a beat; I showed them everything that needed to go and they got it done WAY faster than I imagined they would. I was worried that the truck we rented last minute would be too small to fit everything in our house, but these guys packed our truck so efficiently it was like watching a master play Tetris.
They were both extremely courteous, warm, efficient and careful with our furniture. Not one glass was shattered, not one wall was scratched.
