We had a problem with the pod arriving on time so I had to cancel them the night before they were very kind to tell me to just call them in the pod showed up and they would work me in. This ended up being on a weekend and as soon as the pod came, I told them it was here and they came 20 minutes later. They worked very fast and very efficiently. I would definitely hire these guys again. They were amazing.!! They made up for the screwup that I had to deal with with Pod!!@

Roblas Services did a very good job loading up a 16ft pod and helping us move items to the garage. The work was thorough, finished ahead of schedule, and the price was reasonable. There was a little bit of a mix up in the beginning, but the owner called me right away and remedied the situation, even extending our length of time with the movers. The movers were very professional, did a great job packing the items in carefully and efficiently and worked together quietly and as a team. They were very respectful and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional moving company.

Did not follow my directions, left heavy items upstairs and I spent 6 extra hours loading things myself. Defeating the purpose of hiring movers.

Requested 2 helpers for 3 hours to arrive at 10 (they give themselves a 1 hour grace period) showed up at 1030 with only 1 helper. They offered to come at a later time and I explained that I had work and would have to extend the uhual, I agreed since I didn't have the help since it was last minute on a Sunday. I get a call back 30 mins later stating they can come at 1130 with 3 people to help the move go faster, I agreed. At 1150, 2 helps showed up, not 3.
The helpers worked pretty hard but sloppily. They bumped up the stuff and both houses a few times; nothing major but stuff that will need paint touch ups. The second place was a little smaller upstairs, so I know it was a little harder to maneuver but it just seemed like they rushed.

Good attitude, very helpful and polite. On time. At least 2 of the movers were on time. The third mover showed up right at an hour later. There was a tear on the back of one of my leather recliners that I found when moving the furniture around after they left. When the movers were loading their personal gear back into the vehicle they scratched the front of my son's Charger.
