Although my help was a little late (6:30 pm arrival for 5-6 pm window, due to a scheduling mishap) Jordan did an amazing job of minimizing wasted space to pull out maximum space efficiency of my 15’ truck rental. He was extremely hard working and knowledgeable. I asked him to work an extra hour (3hr total) and he was eager to stay til the work was done. Would definitely recommend his help to anyone! Thanks Jordan!

UPDATE: After the initial review, which I think was fair, the owner called and solicited more feedback from me. I shared with them more details from what I posted and they were keen to learn and build upon the feedback. Again, as I noted below, their guys busted their tails, and were good folks. It seems that the company will work with the crew to ensure corrections are made. They worked with me to make it right. I am changing my review from 3 to 5 stars based on that.
Were they on time? No, they were over two hours late. They called just before scheduled arrival time to let me know they would be 1.5 hours late, then again when they missed that deadline, they called to let me know they would be another 1/2 hour late.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes, they had some moving tools.
Did they work hard? Yes, they did work very hard.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? They did not take the time to properly wrap all of the furniture even though I had more than enough blankets. They did not appear experienced in tying down furniture.
Would you use them again? Good guys, but no

Customers can best prepare for moving day by making sure as much packing is done as possible. Packing really takes up the most time on a move and if everything is boxed and ready to go, you can really save yourself a lot of time.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members must go through the Movers and Helpers training Program. This program takes 3 months to complete. This is why Movers and Helpers has the best labor only moving service in all of southern Louisiana. Our Reviews speak for themselves.
