I hired Move for Less, LLC. to unload a truck I brought from another state. The office was accommodating moving my morning job to the evening so my husband could be there. I specifically told the office that I needed strong guys to move some heavy items and that it was a large truck, so they needed to be fresh to get the work done in the time allotted I was concerned having them unload at 5 pm. I was assured that her best 3 guys would be coming to do the work.
They arrived on time and quickly got to work. The heaviest items were unloaded first and they did a great job for the first hour. After that they must have gotten tired because they took very frequent breaks, talked on the phone, took personal calls, disappeared a bunch of times to the point that I had to go find them, and text ed continually. Several times I had to go find them and ask if they were going to complete the job on time. They were hanging out in the basement chilling instead of off loading the truck. Only one guy out of the 3 worked continuously and he was the oldest and smallest of the 3. I had to add 2 more hours onto the booked time so they could finish the job. It felt as if they had intentionally slowed down to get more money. I feel that if they had worked consistently, the job would have been finished on time and on budget. Also they finished before the last hour yet didn't clean up the area and their drinking cups and bottles. I found those things all over my yard in the morning and they left the truck a mess and furniture pads all over the place. I would not recommend this company to family or friends....and we have used many different companies over the years and been pleased with the results in the past.

They were on time and worked really hard. I used them to pack up my 3 bedroom townhouse and move everything out. They did it in the allotted amount of time, which my back account truly appreciated! I would use this company again in the future!

Joe and Jermaine were wonderful. They were professional, respectful and treated my mother's china cabinet with the TLC I was hoping for. If I need a mover, I will definitely use them again.

On time very fast! Did a great job and finished moving everything I needed and secured it in my moving pod about an hour only! Came with their own moving equipment (dollies etc.) and customer service on the phone was very helpful for helping me prepare what i needed. Very friendly and jovial. I enjoyed their service and would definitely use them again.

The young men who helped us move last week were amazing! They were prompt and worked diligently through the entire two hours. They packed that truck like the pros they are and got everything to our destination (which was just across the street) safe and sound. They also kept us updated on where we were in the process and how long it would take to do certain tasks. I've hired movers before and this was by far my best experience.

When we were left high and dry by a different mover, Move for Less LLC came to the rescue in a couple of hours notice so that our moving plans weren't totaly destroyed. (We already had our truck and movers scheduled in a different state for the very next day). They were professional, very careful with our belongings, did a great job packing the truck and completed the job in an appropriate amount of time. I would recommend this company for your move.
