As I indicated on the phone these movers were terrible. They broke two antique cupboards and did not offer to pay for repairs. I fully expect you to stand behind payment to fix these cupboards. They moved very slow to gain additional money for the extra hours. We moved more furniture in than they did. They were one hour and fifteen minutes late as well. Please advise what process to follow for either reimbursement of the cupboards they broke or provide a refund of our payment. If we do not hear from you within 2 days we will consult legal action.
