I hired 2 men to help move furniture down a flight of steps and into a moving truck we had. They were on time and worked hard the entire time. They loaded the items very thoughtfully depending on size and space! 10/10!

Jacob and Jeff were awesome - highly recommend!! They assessed all my items and planned carefully to ensure everything fit into the truck and tied items down to prevent shifting. They were efficient but did not rush. You can't go wrong hiring these two.

I hired Zooming Movers again because my last move with them was excellent. This time, it was a completely different experience. The crew did not act like professional movers. One of the movers tried to be careful, but the other was clearly unhappy to be there and forced my furniture into the van without any care. They had no initiative, no sense of urgency, no care when addressing me or when carrying my furniture.
They took so long on the legs of my couch that I ended up carrying most of the boxes down to the truck myself because I was afraid they were not going to be able to make it all happen within their 2-hour limit. The legs didn't fit into the van because they left it for last, and I had to make a second trip just to get them.
At my new place, I noticed the arms of my couch were missing. I went back and found it leaning against the fence outside my unit in the rain, where the crew had left it and forgotten about it.
But what was the most striking of all is that when I spoke to the manager, he told me I carried the boxes because I wanted to, and said he doesn't reimburse for time, never even apologizing for the terrible service. Moving is stressful enough. This company made it even worse! Management completely dismissed my concerns and didn't want to find any solution to make my experience even a little bit better.
