We provide a myriad of relocation services: "We pack, We clean, We move, YOU REST!" is our motto, which means essentially, the only finger you have to lift is the one used to show us where furniture goes or the one used to give us a call (some services are at an additional cost). We will do as much or as little as you need us to do. We also provide some junk removal. Every move is personalized for your needs as we understand your individuality. We are very personable so you don't have to be afraid to show concern if you are unhappy with anything. Also, we will always show up for you. We have 0 "no shows" and it will stay that way. I feel that I have to leave this review. It has taken me a week to do so because I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’m so upset. First they did not arrive on time and when they did arrive they did not come prepared for the job. The two man crew didn’t have a dolly or any other tools or supplies to properly move my storage pod in a timely manner . I have used hired helpers for 4 other moves and had wonderful experiences and the crew worked hard. I felt that I was taken advantage of because I was a female and after I received the text that my 2 hours were coming close to ending the crew leader seemed to already have it in his mind that it would take an extra 2 hours to complete the move. At that time I told him to just put the boxes in the entryway, he implied that I (me) cannot move these things by myself so let them stay but I refused to pay for 2 more hours of one box or a pair of skates at a time plus to keep them moving I helped bring things in. I am still moving things by myself, I had to put my dining table together by myself and still have not been able to put my bed together because yes the parts are too heavy for me to bring them up the stairs alone. Flawless moving and hauling was a hurtful disappointment. The 2 guys were nice but coming prepared to work efficiently with the proper equipment is a must. I ended up paying for an extra 30 minutes.

Wonderful! So grateful for the timely, efficient, and hard wokrers who helped us out. I don't know how we would've unloaded the moving van to my 3rd floor apartment without them!

Even though they did show up late (car trouble), they still manage to do an excellent job; and we got done with the job in less than an hour! I will definitely use them again if needed! Thanks!

Movers tried to reschedule for early in the morning the night before, that was not going to work. We then changed the start time to 12:00pm (originally 10-11). I reiterated that my truck had to be back at 4:00pm. They called at 12:30 saying they were running late and did not arrive until almost 1:00. The move took an hour longer than we planned thus costing me an extra day in truck rental and an extra hour in labor. One of the guys was a fill in and was not gentle with my furniture, bumping corners and dragging items across a wood floor. I am still in the process of unpacking, so far one ceramic tray broken. I was never told about it when it happened, I found it when I went back to my empty apartment to clean.
I will follow up and try and recoup some of my money back.
Would NOT use again.

They were scheduled to come between 9 and 10am, but they arrived later than 10am. I don’t recall now how lateZ I am frustrated that they didn’t try to come spooner since it began to rain after they showed up. They left exactly at noon instead of making up for their lateness

I used Flawless to help me move apartments. Because of a miscommunication, the crew showed up without all the appropriate equipment, and so some of the work ended up falling on me and my wife.
That said, TJ and Chosen were professional, hardworking, and accomplished a lot given the limitations. Also, when I contacted HireAHelper after the move to inform them of the miscommunication, Flawless offered a fair reconciliation for the mishap and I would happily use their services again.

Eager workers. Our workers are happy to get out of the house and serve new people. We are friendly but we are also quick.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day the best way to prepare is to have everything ready to go. Everything we are moving should be packed, cleaned off, broken down, and paths cleared (unless you are paying for those other services).
What types of moves have you handled?
The only types of moves we have not handled are grand pianos, baby grand pianos, and international moves. Everything else we pretty much have covered.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is being able to meet and service all different types of people.
