Thank you for your interest. At Flawless Moving and Hauling we understand that you don't need help destroying your belongings so we strive to make your move as pleasant and as smooth as possible. We provide a myriad of relocation services: "We pack, We clean, We move, YOU REST!" is our motto, which means essentially, the only finger you have to lift is the one used to show us where furniture goes or the one used to give us a call (some services are at an additional cost). We will do as much or as little as you need us to do. We also provide some junk removal. Every move is personalized for your needs as we understand your individuality. We are very personable so you don't have to be afraid to show concern if you are unhappy with anything. Also, we will always show up for you. We have 0 "no shows" and it will stay that way. We look forward to serving you.

They were about 15 minutes late but called me to advise. They didn't have a hand truck or furniture dollys but they muscled through it.
It was pretty hot out I made sure they had water. They moved a chair 3 times for and helped set up my TV, as it is big and heavy.
Overall a good experience!

Professional only because they are paid to do the job. The quality of work and service were not near flawless or professional. The company is good for moving boxes but didn't seem to be prepared or knowledgeable for packing furniture and loading the pods. Damaged furniture: (curio glass in door broken after they packed it but alluded my fought). Later I noticed Unannouced damaged such as desk wheel and table top. Furniture wasn't handled with care. Toward the end of their scheduled time, the quality of service became poorer. (Among the 4 crewmen, 2 seemed to be prepared but were suppressed by the leadman.) I am fretful of facing the damage after opening the pods once they are delivered.

I feel that I have to leave this review. It has taken me a week to do so because I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’m so upset. First they did not arrive on time and when they did arrive they did not come prepared for the job. The two man crew didn’t have a dolly or any other tools or supplies to properly move my storage pod in a timely manner . I have used hired helpers for 4 other moves and had wonderful experiences and the crew worked hard. I felt that I was taken advantage of because I was a female and after I received the text that my 2 hours were coming close to ending the crew leader seemed to already have it in his mind that it would take an extra 2 hours to complete the move. At that time I told him to just put the boxes in the entryway, he implied that I (me) cannot move these things by myself so let them stay but I refused to pay for 2 more hours of one box or a pair of skates at a time plus to keep them moving I helped bring things in. I am still moving things by myself, I had to put my dining table together by myself and still have not been able to put my bed together because yes the parts are too heavy for me to bring them up the stairs alone. Flawless moving and hauling was a hurtful disappointment. The 2 guys were nice but coming prepared to work efficiently with the proper equipment is a must. I ended up paying for an extra 30 minutes.

Eager workers. Our workers are happy to get out of the house and serve new people. We are friendly but we are also quick.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day the best way to prepare is to have everything ready to go. Everything we are moving should be packed, cleaned off, broken down, and paths cleared (unless you are paying for those other services).
What types of moves have you handled?
The only types of moves we have not handled are grand pianos, baby grand pianos, and international moves. Everything else we pretty much have covered.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is being able to meet and service all different types of people.
