Complete chaos! My furniture/ belongings looked as though they were literally thrown onto my moving truck. Many items damaged for no other reason than the poor service I received.

The movers showed up very late which threw the whole schedule off track. I didn't receive any courtesy notice that they were going to be 1-2 hours late and I struggled to get a hold of someone to find out why they hadn't shown up.
Sounded like a management issue rather than the fault of the actual movers, but still frustrating.

On moving day the best way to prepare is to have everything ready to go. Everything we are moving should be packed, cleaned off, broken down, and paths cleared (unless you are paying for those other services).
What types of moves have you handled?
The only types of moves we have not handled are grand pianos, baby grand pianos, and international moves. Everything else we pretty much have covered.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is being able to meet and service all different types of people.
