Prior to the move, we discussed the scope of work, including the size limitations of the pod and the challenges associated with fitting all items into the available space. While our team worked diligently to maximize the space provided, the final capacity of a pod is ultimately limited by its size.

Regarding the use of moving blankets and furniture protection, our crew took precautions throughout the move to help protect your belongings. We also dispute the allegation that our team intentionally withheld information about the pod's capacity. As packing progressed, we communicated concerns regarding available space and worked to accommodate as many items as possible.
