They were OK . They got my stuff from point A to point B. But not without banging up the furniture (and the walls). At one point a piece of glass from a cabinet fell out onto the floor from them trying to get it out of the elevator. They weren't very professional, they showed up in pajama pants and tee shirts. Then took personal phone calls while on my time. So, I had to pay for 1/2 hr. more of time over their 2 hr. limit.
That said, we are disappointed to hear your concerns. Moving large furniture through tight hallways, elevators, and doorways can be challenging, and our team always works carefully to minimize the risk of incidental contact with walls or furniture. We take any reports of damage seriously and encourage customers to bring concerns to our attention so they can be properly reviewed.
We would also like to clarify that our movers are paid professionals and are expected to maintain a productive work pace throughout the move. While brief phone calls may occasionally be necessary, they are not intended to impact the quality or efficiency of service provided. Additionally, moving times can vary based on factors such as building access, elevator availability, furniture size, and the overall scope of the move.

I had an amazing experience with them and couldn’t be happier with how smoothly my move went. From the moment I booked, their communication was clear, professional, and prompt. The team arrived on time, ready to work and full of positive energy.
They handled all of my belongings with incredible care—furniture was wrapped, fragile items were secured, and nothing was damaged during the move. What really stood out was how efficient and organized they were. The whole process was faster than I expected, but never rushed.
The movers were friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. They even helped set up some furniture exactly where I wanted it and made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up. Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise charges at the end.

The crew was VERY nice and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done! David and his helper were just a blessing to work with. They had a guy get sick and had to find another helper and they did so. They might have been later than their planned time but they made sure to keep me updated. Everyone I talked to with in their company was very helpful and kind! Thank you MB movers! Definitely would recommend and use you again!! God is good and you all were a huge help/blessing!!! ?? ????

They were 4 hours late. They showed up without any tools. No screwdriver, no other things to take off the bed parts. They didn't warp the fortune. Just cover litter little bit with their old warp blanket. But it was unsafe. I had to jump on and started given directions because I was worried about my furniture safety. Both guy worked hard, no complaints but they supposed to be with more equipment and tools when they assigned this kind of work order. At the end, they took over an hour. And I had to pay for it..
We would like to clarify a few points. While delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, we understand how frustrating waiting can be and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the tools and equipment, our crews are equipped to perform the services requested on the work order. In situations involving specialty furniture or unique assembly requirements, additional tools may sometimes be needed depending on the specific manufacturer and hardware used.
We also take the protection of our customers' belongings seriously and utilize moving blankets and other protective measures during moves. Our team works carefully to transport furniture safely while balancing efficiency and available space.
As for the final cost, moving jobs are billed based on the actual time required to complete the work. Factors such as furniture disassembly, access conditions, and the overall scope of the move can affect the total time needed.
