The truck was packed well, and they stayed overtime which was essential given my timeline. However, my primary complaint was that it felt like despite my persistent expression of concern for the timeline, they didn’t move with any sense of urgency; on more than one occasion I found them sitting on their phones and taking little breaks. I was told they’d come supplied with basic tools, including a screwdriver, bc I knew I’d need help dis-assembling my bed frames. *A lot* of time was wasted trying to take them apart, and I had to hunt down the tools myself from neighbors. I just wish they’d moved with more efficiency and urgency, knowing how anxious and concerned I was about being done on time. I also had explained to them that the legs on my dresser were fragile, and the way it would need to be tilted to avoid damaging them…and nonetheless, those directions weren’t followed and two legs broke off. Overall the guys were pleasant enough, my issues were just with efficiency and urgency.
